Known Limitations
  There may be other error messages when purchasing a product that we have not yet encountered and accommodated. This may result in either a general error report upon purchase or some other abnormal behavior. If this occurs, please send us a copy of your log file and describe what happened. You should also check Your Media Library to see if the purchase did go through anyway.
  After a purchase is made, the Your Media Library data is updated within a few seconds; if the purchase succeeded, you should be able to confirm it by looking at Your Media Library immediately after your purchase. Except for after a purchase, the Your Media Library data is only updated when the application is entered from your receiver, so if you make changes elsewhere, they'll be reflected here the next time you open the Unbox On Demand app from your TiVo.
  This application relies on obtaining data both from the public Amazon.com web site and from Amazon E-Commerce Web Services servers. Any communication problems between your computer and those servers may cause unexpected or delayed behavior in the application.
  Items are always presented in what Amazon.com refers to as sales rank order, so they'll represent the most popular purchased items first in the lists.
  There is no way to identify beforehand the specific episodes of a TV Series that are supported on TiVo receivers. You may occasionally be presented with "Not Available" instead of a Buy or Rent button when looking at the episode details. If a TV Series is shown, at least one episode of it is available for TiVo receivers. This will become a non-issue over time, as Amazon continues to encode all available Unbox content for TiVo receivers.
  Data is retrieved from the Amazon servers 10 items at a time, with one request made every 1.5 seconds; this is to comply with Amazon E-Commerce Web Service rules. Some lists of items will take time to fully populate. If you page down and aren't able to page down further, wait a few seconds and try again. If you still can't page down, there's probably no more data.
  Rental and Purchase versions of titles will appear duplicated in most listings. At the time that overall list info is obtained, information about whether it's a rental or purchase is not available. When you display the item details for it, you'll then see one or both options depending on what is offered for sale.
  Amazon sometimes discounts entire seasons of TV Series episodes; there is currently no support for offering a full season purchase in this application. If you intend to purchase every episode of a series season, you should check online for any available discounts first.
  Yes, we plan to add support for some of the popular "Top 10" style lists as well as recommendations specific to your Amazon.com account history. Your feedback is welcome.
